I ordered a phone case from Native Union and, the delivery went smoother than I expected. I kept checking the tracking because I’m always a bit suspicious when an online order says it’ll arrive on a specific day, but the updates were consistent and it actually showed up when they said it would.
The only thing that made me side-eye it a little was that dispatch seemed to take maybe a day longer than I figured it would. Nothing major, and the package arrived in good shape, so I’d probably order again, just while keeping an eye on the tracking like usual.

The packaging was just okay, the box showed up a little dented but everything inside seemed fine.

well... I really liked that the packaging felt more eco-friendly. It gave off less-waste vibes, which I definitely appreciate.

I already dropped my phone hard with this case on, and thankfully the phone came out totally fine. The case took the hit instead, which is exactly what you’d hope for. Seems like a solid, decent product that actually protects your stuff.

The material just feels cheap, and it didn’t hold up the way I expected. I’m kind of tired of having to deal with customer service over stuff like this, so I’ll probably just chalk it up as a disappointment

It looks nice and feels solid but the charging keeps stopping randomly. I’ll plug it in and think it’s charging then later notice it cut out again. Frustrating.

My quick test for cables is basically, “does it feel flimsy and does it randomly disconnect?” This one passes both, since it feels sturdy and stays connected way better than some cheaper ones I’ve bought. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so I’m knocking off a star, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I ordered a case from nativeunion.com because the color in the photos looked like this nice soft beige, but when it showed up it was much more yellow and looked a little cheap. The finish didn’t feel as smooth or premium as it appeared on the site either.

I contacted them thinking it was clearly not what was advertised, but it felt like I just got the usual “colors may vary due to screen settings” policy excuse. I understand slight differences happen, but this wasn’t even close. For the price, I expected something that actually matched the photos better
